Constance Klein
Constance Klein is an industry insider who works tirelessly to fulfill both the domestic and international executive talent needs of image-driven brands in the fashion, luxury, retail and lifestyle industries.
A dual citizen of Italy and the U.S., she brings a unique, international perspective to the business of fashion having lived and worked in Italy, Spain and the UK over a 20-year period. In Europe, she worked directly for such top luxury brands as Tod's, Hogan, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Boucheron and Sergio Rossi among others.

She has a proven track record of leading senior-level talent searches for entrepreneurial start ups and large global brands such as Louis Vuitton, Coach, Max Mara, Jil Sander, Bally, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hautelook.com, Gap, Harrods, Loehmann's, Jimmy Choo and Diesel.
Constance has led numerous CEO and Managing Director searches and brings significant experience and expertise to the areas of product develoment and retail merchandising, design and creative direction, marketing, retail development and general brand management. In addition to her work in the U.S., she frequently spearheads projects in Europe and Asia.
In the late 90s Constance was at the epicenter of Gucci's spectacular transformation into a world-class, multi-brand luxury group. Working closely with former CEO Domenico De Sole, she was an integral part of the team organized to lead the Group into a new chapter of aggressive growth through acquisitions.
Constance conceived and developed Gucci Group's Corporate Communication strategy focused on employees. Working closely with global cross-functional, senior executive teams across all Group brands, she gained tremendous insights into global luxury brand management and organization.
Prior to Gucci, Constance worked for Diego Della Valle, owner of the Tod's and Hogan brands. As part of the management team, she worked on numerous international product and production sourcing projects. She was also responsible for Sponsorship and Marketing Communication for a high-profile product launch which gave her great experience in sports and event marketing.
Almost as valuable as Constance's in-depth understanding of the fashion and luxury businesses is her personal style. Her curiosity and enthusiasm are infectious. Her pursuit of excellence makes her an ideal partner.
Constance is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and has nurtured a network which spans the globe. She currently resides in New York.
